Welcome to my portfolio site.  On this site you will find a sample of projects that I have been lucky enough to manage during my career.  These projects look great visually but a picture can't convey the 1000's of steps taken to make a project come to fruition nor the efforts of the teams behind them that I have been lucky enough to manage. 

 

As a Creative Services Director bringing a brand alive is my passion.  Putting a brand on display gives me an adrenaline rush each and every time. I love working and building teams and my goal is for all my team members to love their roles and their responsibilities while creating a culture of values that sinks deep into the daily behaviors of each and every team member. 

 

I use the term Best in Class often and is an aspiration to achieve to every day.   Best in Class means many things.   It means to seamlessly complete every task from A to Z, to develop or enhance processes, to strengthen collaborations within team and cross functional partners, enhance communication and to be authentic and transparent.  As a manager Best in Class means to strengthen the collective team to aim higher and deliver approaches that are out of the box to expand the offerings and value to an organization. Best in Class also means it's my responsibility to elevate each and every individual team member to reach beyond what they think is capable and find new opportunities to let them shine in an organization.  I'm a team builder, a coach, a mentor, a strategic lead and relationship builder, a process optimization builder, event strategy, and brand champion.
